We would like to announce the introduction of a new tool that will allow you to contact our office using secure email messages. In addition to streamlining your messages directly from our specially
designed Patient Portal to our office staff, this will allow you to have direct access to your Personal Health Record (PHR); which includes:

• Lab results
• Some information about recent appointments
• Schedule and cancel appointments
• Send messages to medical staff
• Update Personal Information
• Billing statements

And more.

From within the Patient Portal, you will be able to send general messages and request medication refills by sending our office staff a direct message, which will be addressed promptly.
In order to access our Patient Portal you will be given a patient specific username and password, you may contact our office in order to have it re-set. Your account can only be accessed by your healthcare provider and yourself, provided you keep your email account private.
You may download the Healow App on your iphone or Android for easier access to the Patient Portal.
